I today finish to this series of reflections introductorias on the culture of the innovation and on what it is necessary to make in our country to develop it suitably. And I end up again affecting an aspect that seems that it costs to understand and to assume, and that for me it is fundamental. One is a very simple and obvious subject: the innovation makes the people and, therefore, any strategy that goes directed to foment the innovation in our economy must have like first and basic objective to inculcar this culture in the people who compose the society. Strategic innovation is a key factor for the competitiveness in the knowledge economy.
