If a country or a region wants to have a creative and innovating productive weave, that contributes added value, that has something to say in the economy of the knowledge, it must make a bet unequivocal, powerful and continued to have a great amount of creative, innovating and enterprising people in its sine. Innovators are a must. In order to obtain this objective there are two essential and complementary routes. On the one hand to create the suitable surroundings so that these people can be generated the population inside native. By another one, to create the suitable surroundings so that people of outside, with these characteristics, feel attracted to come and to settle here. And, lamentably, this is not obtained with a strategy of today for morning, but to many Vista years, probably thinking about the next generation. Thinking about Catalunya, only we are due to make two questions to include/understand if we go in this direction. Our educative system and of socialization in general goes in the direction to harness and to value the creative, innovating and enterprising people? We have social and labor surroundings that can attract this type of people. As it said that, "we reflect, please, refexionemos".
