Innovation culture | Talent, technology and tolerance
In the last years one has reached the conclusion that creating the suitable surroundings to stimulate the creativity and the innovation it depends on diverse factors. In this sense, different models have seted out in which some of these factors have been analyzed.
One of these the three models is the one of T's (talent, technology and tolerance) developed by Florida in its studies on different specially innovating regions. In this model, the factor talent makes reference to l'a existence of a structure or university network able to attract and to generate the people who create new knowledge. The factor technology has to do with the existence of a technological system (infrastructures, scientific parks, transference of technology, etc.) that it allows that this talent has a haca vehiculada exit the development of the innovation. Finally, the factor tolerance makes reference to those human surroundings in what the diversity is the norm and that they attract which already we denominated like creative class. The correct combination of these variables, essential all of them, takes, according to this model, to the development of inclined surroundings to the development of an innovating and creative economy. Even so, it must consider that this model derives from the American mentality of geographic mobility, where the different states or regions would compete attracting this tipología of people. In our surroundings, surely we will have to give much importance to how our educative system can help to that our population has these characteristics.
